Review content:
I am confused about the bad reviews, and wonder if they were actually meant for another place called ""family services"". I have had no problem with Family Works, and my children have been going there for years. I have a state insurance plan, and have had no problem with billing. I have found the counselors here to be highly educated, (most with master's degrees or higher). They have been compassionate and kind. There has been a high rate of turnover here, but that has not been a management issue, in my experience, it has been various counselors being so good at their particular specialization, that they have moved on from a general counseling position to a new specialized position. The waiting room is lovely, large, and so air conditioned that I sometimes need to go outside because I have gotten too cold. The receptionists there are incredibly friendly, and I have heard them use a first name, basis with as many clients as possible, even carrying on conversation. I highly recommend this practice. They have been wonderful for my family
