Review content:
I went to Kooma two weeks ago with some friends because of a great recommendation from a friend. I enter the restaurant with high hopes, only to be completely disappointed by the wait staff. We waited two hours for our food. The sushi order came out first, and was incomplete. The sushi sat around for 45 minutes until the other entrees were served. At the end of the night, the bill was incorrect by about $40 due to sushi that wasn't available and who knows what else. Through the whole ordeal, no one apologized for our 3 hour dinner. To add insult to injury, our friend who recommended this restaurant came an hour after we arrived, sat outside at a different table, and was served and finished before we even got our food. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you like waiting 3 hours for a simple dinner.
Pros: Wasting a lot of time
Cons: Bad service, bad management
