Review content:
When we went to pick up our pet there was a very large German Sheppard (Poet) that was being checked in and was not very excited about staying there. A few minutes after being checked in this huge dog crashed through the door to the cat day room, the room just to the left side of the lobby with a huge window to view the fun the cats are having. The two black cats in the room at the time were not very excited about the ""visitor"" and most likely injured themselves in their attempts to retreat to higher ground. The one cat fell off the shelf he tried to get to because he could not get a grip and slid off the opposite side. They did manage to get ""Poet"" out after a few minutes but none of the animals involved were very happy about their stay at the Hound Dog Hotel.
