I have dealt with Mary A. the property manager of this agency. In regards to the Adobe in Aptos, what I know is she is a slumlord. The owners are great, we in the community believe she cooks the books when not cooking or doing wine herself! Nice person when she is to the wind. Rents to bar people, no kids, no same gender partners, no pets unless she adores you. Does not pay her bills and has been a sore eye in the county of Santa Cruz. After a long time resident passed away with in hours she asked when the apartment would be cleaned and emptied. We in Aptos think she should move on and become a bartender, she would save money on drinks. Her rental units are cool, she does little improvemnet and intimidates her tenants constantly. Uses dumpster at owners expense. DO NOT USE HER.
