Review content:
I would give this bank zero stars if I could. My husband and I re-financed our home with an FHA loan three years ago, and the loan officer was terrible. She did not return calls or e-mails, and was very unprofessional.
When we finally got to the closing, she told us that if the interest rate goes down, we can just give her a call and she would be able to lower the rate on our loan. Either that was a flat-out lie, or she just refused to deal with us after that, because she wouldn't return any of our calls or emails when we tried to get our rate down from the 6.4% we had (we re-financed right at the beginning of the housing crash). We did not do a home equity loan, but we ended up with a principle equal to the amount we originally mortgaged four years prior, after all the fees were added to the loan (which was not explained to us).
VERY frustrating experience! Would NOT recommend!
