It's been a couple of years since I had an eye exam and I didn't go back b/c of extra charges, so I thought that another local provider would be better. I had my first visit at this practice late Sept 2011. The Dr was very thorough (in fact, I had never had such a thorough exam--I was very impressed) he even noticed that I had seasonal allergies b/c I had small bumps inside my lower eyelid, but I advised him that my eyes were never itchy or affected by the allergies; however, the eyeglass lady was a little pushy when it came time for me to select glasses. The markup on the glasses was EXTREME. I had started to contemplate just getting my prescription and going to Costco, when the eyeglass lady opened up some other drawers of more reasonably priced glasses. I did end up purchasing them there (since my old glasses were literally broken). Due to the fact that this was such a thorough exam, I felt that it would be a good place to take my oldest daughter to have her 1st eye exam. (BTW, my appt was at 3:20 and I didn't leave until 5:30!!!) So, I'm out the door w/ paying for my $10 vision fee plus the small overage from the purchase of my glasses--satisfied customer.
