""We Are committed to provide our clients with the best service possible at all times"" These are quotes directly off the Salons website. I will now justify my 1 star rating. I live and work at a hotel in Palm Springs, one of our guest wandered into Capelli's Salon and got a haircut by Marci. It was a very nice haircut and the our guest really liked it as well. I was so impressed with the guests haircut and his comments that I walked in but Marcie wasn't there the guy at desk said she would be back 1:30 so I booked an appointment to come back. I got a call 10 min before my 1:30 saying that should would not be back in for the rest of the day. I rescheduled me appoint for the next day at 10:30am and when I showed up I was told that she is out for the day but he (the person at the counter would be happy to cut my hair). I asked why wasn't I called if I had an appointment and the gentleman behind the desk took attitude said he was TOO BUSY ... there was only one other employee sitting in a chair and NOBODY else in the salon. I questioned him why I didn't get the call like they did the day before to let me know and he got a real pissy attitude and walked away. The other employee walked up and apologized he was nice (I didn't get his name) he asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment and I said not at this time. I called back the next day to speak the the gentleman who gave me such attitude and he told me on the phone "" I don't have time this or you"" and hung up the phone. It turns out this person I was dealing with was the owner. YES the owner who not only tried to steal me away from Marcie but gave me the worst attitude when all I was trying to do was get an answer why I wasn't called as before. I went to his website and sent him a message on his guest comments board. It's been a week and the Owner ""Carlos"" has not replied. I've been fair and now I feel you as the consumer should know my experience. Carlos the owner of the Capelli Studio Salon is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a very long time. I would still like to get my hair cut by Marcie becuase none of this is her fault. She just works for a very unprofessional boss/owner.
