My parents currently live in Home Towne at Conway. I was the one who toured the complex and gathered info for them before they moved here due to them moving from out of state. The apartments are fine, as far as apartments go, but when they list or tell you about their amenities, they neglect to tell you that they are only available for the residents to use during their office business hours (with the exception of the pool). In other words, they are available for use only Mon - Fri 8a - 5p. As a resident, you are not allowed to use the clubhouse, library, salon or fitness center except during these times. Also, if you do use the clubhouse during those times for an event, you MUST invite everyone in the entire complex. If you're not willing to invite everyone, you cannot use it. I've spoken to a representative at the Corp Office and they are not willing to have any dialogue regarding these policies at all. Again, this is something they neglect (purposefully?) to tell you either in their ads OR when they take you for an onsite tour. I just wanted to let people know so that they can make an informed choice when chosing an apartment in Conway.
