Review content:
When my husband and I decided to get new windows we were overwhelmed by the new styles and types that are available. The last time we replaced our windows was nearly 20 years ago. We spoke with King Quality, Alpha, Window world and Tristate Window. Dan from Tristate Window was the only salesman to really explain the differences to us and let us decide what would be best. The other salesman spent more time attacking the competitors product rather than explain why we should consider theirs. One salesman did not even give us a formal quote, just some numbers written on looseleaf paper! What convinced us was the Lifetime Warranty Tristate sold us. Lifetime on the entire window for both parts and labor, including glass protection! The other companies claim to have lifetimes warranties, but they didn't include labor or parts. We are very happy with our windows from Tristate Window and would recommend them to everyone thinking about replacing their windows
