didn't have heat or hot water , call gold medal as my prior experience with them was exceptional (they had installed a hot water heater. this time techniciam Juan arrived exactly on time (my appt was for 8:30A). when i greeted him at the door he immediately put on the plastic shoe covers , which never happens with any other repairman that i have called usually i have to tell them.
