Businiess name:  Thirst Wine Bar

Review content:
I adore wine, everything about it. Thirst has created a missing link in LO. We had a wine bar here and there, but they didn't stick around. Then we have restaurants that also try to foot that bill, but either make lousy food and have great wine or good food and not so nice selection. Thirst has both. If you are looking for a 7 course meal, this is not your place. But for a light meal, something to fill the gap to enhance your wine tasting experience they offer a great assortment of cheeses, olives, bread, salads and small plates that are delicious! I also love that they offer retail sales, for the bottles you can't go home without. If I could provide a bit of constructive criticism: a bit larger space would be wonderful, as it can get a bit cramped on tasting nights. Welcome to the neighborhood! Pros: Wine list is fun and ever changing with special focus on old world and PNW. Delicious! Cons: Small space, crowded. Slow-ish service when really busy.
