I rated them with one star only because that was minimally required to write a review. So, I went to this place for my laser hair removal. It was extremely difficult to get appointment with these people. It always felt like you have to work according to their schedule & they would not accommodate with your personal needs. BTW, they were nice & accommodating during my first 2 visits & were open during Saturdays also (that was the reason why I purchased my Groupon)
