I rated them with one star only because that was minimally required to write a review. So, I went to this place for my laser hair removal. It was extremely difficult to get appointment with these people. It always felt like you have to work according to their schedule & they would not accommodate with your personal needs. Dr. Dawood is a miracle worker and I am a believer in his work 100%. I went to see Dr. Dawood with a Groupon Special for laser treatment. I had been going to a doctor in Brea for the past 15 years for all my cosmetic needs fillers, botox, IPL treatments, etc, and they have always done good work. Today I can honestly say that Dr. Dawood will be taking care of all my future costmetic needs. The fractional laser treatment is amazing, I must tell you it does hurt a bit during the laser treatment, but I had no pain after the treatment was completed. My face looked like a pizza pie for the first few days and after a week I could see things changing. It's been 3 weeks and I am getting compliments from friends and family who know about my visit to Dr. Dawood. I look 10 years younger than the day I first met Dr. Dawood. f.y.i. I didn't even get the maximum laser treatment and got results like this I plan on returning for the maximum treatment in 6 months. My suggestion if you are considering fractional laser surgery get the maximum treatment for the best results. more

We are a modeling company and have a wide variety of clients in LA, Orange and Riverside counties. It seems that today, everyone has at least one tattoo or multiple tattoos. We have had several well known clients use Dr. Dawood's services and the results have been incredible in using most of his services. From tattoo removals, moles, scars and acne scar correction.....they have performed and given results beyond what we thought possible for our clients. In such a competitive market, anyone who needs to look their best can take comfort that Dr. Dawood and the Sublime staff know what they are doing and do everything you can think of just shy of plastic surgery. We are seeing a big push back on ""plastic surgery"" corrections and the natural corrections like bottom, juviderm, weight loss medicines/programs are the only thing we recommend to our clients. We are sold and will continue to use them as our preferred vendor and have nothing but the highest regards for these professionals.? more

I bought the groupon for this place, and oh my gosh was I excited! I tried right away to get an appointment! I couldn't wait. Though the wait was long(a couple months!) to be seen the service turned out to be amazing. :) The laser hair removal technician is great. She's kind, comforting, and precise. I love my results! Most of the staff seems pretty friendly, I would recommend this place...that is.. if you can get in. more

This year has been rough for me in the wrinkle department and I friend told me I should look into botox. My problem areas are between my eyes, my forehead and the two lines that go from my nose to the corners of my mouth. I knew I wanted botox for the upper portion but I still wasn't sure what to do about the lower portion. I walked in nervous. I knew I wanted to take care of it but had no idea what to expect, I certainly didn't want to come out looking plastic or alien-like and I was afraid of the pain. When I walked in I was politely greeted and then taken into the back. The nurse Colleen was awesome. She took her time - I didn't feel rushed AT ALL and I asked a million questions. She politely answered them and was extremely understanding and supportive even though she probably hears the same thing every day. Dr Dawood came in and he was the same way. He took his time, answered questions and I never once felt like there was a question I couldn't get answered. To me, that's huge - that's the biggest thing that doctor's can do to make an experience good or bad. He explained the botox and then 3 different type of fillers. He wasn't annoyed when I asked how much stuff cost. Then they set up for the treatment. I was extremely nervous at this point and then they started the treatment. He was SOOOOO gentle and tried very hard to make it as comfortable as possible. The botox wasn't bad at all and the filler was a little bit worse but short- lived. Definitely easier than I thought. When I got done the results were immediate for the filler and for the botox I have to wait 5 days or so. I didn't know what to think at first - I read not to judge it immediately after (redness and swelling) but here I am 2 hours later and I LOVE it. I can't wait to see the final results in 5 days. I totally recommend this office!!!! more

I'm one of the fools who went to the office of Dr. ""Tattoff"" only to find out no doctor even worked there, seriously. My plastic surgeon told me about them but said there's only like 3 places that do removal, and they only knew about him because one of his employees went there for cosmetic work and pitched him. My best friend and I have been going to Johanna since 2003. We always enjoy our appointments as she is so personable and fun. I have gone to salons and spas for facials when on vacation and they check your face for sun damage with a special light. They tell me my sun damage is not bad for someone my age! This is surprsing as I was a sunworshiper when I was young and never used sunscreen on my face! I credit the peels - Thanks Johanna! I have nothing but good things to say about Johanna Abbott. I have been going to her for seven years and love the results of the biochemial peels I've had. I have seen deep peels on television which are much more invasive and my results have been just as good. I totally disagree with the comment of her being dishonest. I had prepaid for several peels and I had forgot I had two left. I just went in yesterday and had Johanna not told me I would not have known. She could have easily said I only had one but she didn't. I have referred several friends who have been very pleased with her products and peels and all keep coming back because of the excellent results. Not only is Johanna Abbott good at what she does she's very personable and likeable. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a complete makeover for their skin. My Doctor told me had he not looked at my chart he would not know I was a smoker because he said my collagen was so good for my age and I've been smoking for 25 years. Johanna said that her biochermical peels would help produce more collaqen and she was right. Now that's results! Everything Johanna said about her peels and products has been 100% true in fact the results have exceeded my expectations. Pros: Uses natural ingredients so very little down time Cons: you will peel so some down time but only a couple of days more

I have used the Esthetician for over 10 years and would follow her anywhere. Her joining Sublime made a good place better since she is able to offer the newest treatments with her European connections. My results from her new Ultra Sonic Facial made me feel & look Great. Their Biochempeels are based on natural ingredients and got rid of my sun-spots, acne scars and fine lines without too much downtime and very reasonable pricing, but they also do the heavy duty laser stuff, fillers, botox and skin diseases. They offer the widest variety of skin treatments, you will definetely find an answer. Very experienced professionals. I have been using the esthetician for the last 12 years and so have several of my friends. I can hightly recommend them. Beware of Johanna Abbott she'll tell you her skin peels and products work as well as lasers do. She'll take your money make you promises and then play games with you.If her products did every thing she said they do then why does she get botox and have laser treatments her self? She's moved from San Clemente where she owned Spa Yogie, then she moved to Dana Point and opened up under BioPeel and then she closed shop there with out any notice to her clients and ended up at Sublime Medical. She's rip off artist, she's also had cases against her in occourts. She has no affiliation with Sublime Medical Spa, she only rents a spot. As for Dr. Daewood, he is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him. I get my botox from him as he doesn't water down the product. He and his staff are wonderful. I'm also currently getting tattoo removal done there as well. He is currently removing permanent eyebrow tattoo. The person who did them took the brows over to far so he is removing the permanent makeup. Thus far I have had 1 treatment and have had no scaring and little down time. You can't even tell where the permanent make up use to be. Very happy with the procedure.
