Sit back and think of course not everything is going to be perfect. There are too many animal they can only do what they can. I think the owner is really nice and she took very good care of me and my dog. I personally dont like pet shops because the animals dont get out much but Pollywood has a good choice of animals and a curtious staff. You guys cant expect for someone to sit there with a napkin and wait for the dogs to urinate or fieceate Really we have to be reasonable when rating someone. Look at the overall picture and i think the store has improved alot and is continualy gettin better.
Pros: good staff
Cons: little activity for the animals
