I had the WORSE salon experience of my life here. The vibe was WEIRD and cold!!! I made an appt based on positive reviews that I read and requested Charles to cut my hair. Although the haircut was not bad, it was not worth the $$$$, attitude and strangeness that I received from him and his inept staff. Although I had an appointment, I had to WAIT...and WAIT. While he cut my hair, assistants hovered around him like he was god's gift. PLEASE. I tried to make small talk with him and asked about the salon and the he abruptly said ""Ma'am, I don't need to advertise..."" What a SNOT!!! Can someone remind him that we are in Great Neck. Then he passed me to an asst to blowout my hair... she had no idea what she was doing so after 15 minutes, he sent another to ""help"" her. So here I was with two trainees tugging and blowing at the same time. One of them actually burned me. I could not wait to get out of this place. Why did I pay more for the top stylist, only to have him pass me to his inept assistants? You'll get more attention if you request anyone else but him!!!
Pros: can't think of even one...
Cons: SNOTTY, and inept staff, OVER priced, LONG WAIT
