Unfortunately, I have been a patient at this practice for several years. After EVERY terrible visit I leave promising myself that I am going to find another dentist....and every six months I find myself scheduling because it's so close to my work and finding another dentist is just a pain. NO MORE ! This office is horrible, the staff are unprofessional and the dental assistant speaks literally NO English which has caused some serious communication issues, she was also touching things with no gloves (that was my breaking point), the gentleman at the front desk is so RUDE and condescending, they are disorganized from start to finish, and the wait time in just plain nuts. Would you like me to keep going because I can. Bottom line folks....KEEP LOOKING for another dentist. I will be looking, I refuse to spend any more money supporting this office.
