Review content:
My ""Shadow"" got hurt while I was at work. I got home at 5:15. I ask my neighbor who I should call and she said without hesitation, Dr. Graf. I called at 5:25. I informed them I just moved into the area and did not have a vet. I told them my dog was hurt (they close at 5:30). I was fully expecting to be told to ""go to an emergency clinic"". Wow, was I shocked when the receptionist told me to head down and the doctor would stay to see my dog. (My dog had cut his paw on lawn edgeing and it was bleeding). I rushed to the clinic and was seen immediately. I told the receptionist that I had left in a hurry and left my wallet at home. She smiled and said, we understand, can you come in tomorrow and take care of the balance or would you like us to bill you. Again, wow. Shadow was very well cared for and I now have a new vet. I was very impressed. I did read the review from dougbud and I definitely do NOT agree, I wonder what the rest of the story is, because I certainly was not treated like that. Now, I'll be the neighbor that says, ""you have to go see Dr. Graf"". :)
