First of all, I've visited this place at least 20 times in the last couple years. Never, ever have I gotten sick from the food or sushi. In fact, I trust this Sushi chef better than other places. The owner is often the chef, or his brother, so they care about quality. The cut nice, thick slices of fish that are at least 1.5 to 2 times the size of other places, so their sushi is a value. They have an all you can eat for $23 that is excellent if you can eat a lot of Sushi. Same price for lunch and dinner. What makes this different is that it isn't a buffet. If you sit at the bar, and check off what you want, it is delivered by the chef as it is made... which makes for a much more authentic experience. Careful that you don't order too much up front... order about half of what you think you will want, then when you done with that, order again for just under what you think you will eat, and then order one last roll or set of pieces before you go. They supposedly will charge you for uneaten sushi, and you don't want to have to stuff yourself. Also, their lunchtime Bento boxes are a steal. Great tempura, salad, rice, miso, and a california roll for under $7. Cons: some of their servers are frankly horrible, especially given the tips they receive on a two person all-you-can eat tab. They have TV's, which is crazy, as it really detracts from the whole experience. Lately they turn them down. For the best experience, I recommend couples sitting at the bar to get great fresh Sushi promptly from the chef. Also, they have a fantastic Sake Bomber with a giant Kirin beer and a container of sake for only $4 most evenings. Definately worth a couple getting one and sharing it, even if you only drink part of it. A great bargain, and cheaper than ordering either separately. So come here for a fast, filling Bento box lunch, or a great deal on all-you-can eat sushi and rolls. It may not be the finest sushi available, but it represents the very best bargain. Enjoy! Pros: Sushi Quantity; Sushi Value; Sushi Experience/Ambience, Bento Box Lunches Cons: TV's in dining room, wait staff friendliness/response time
