Review content:
I've had my knife sharpened at a lot of places -- and searched for sharpening that brought my knives back to their original performance when they were new. Epicurean Edge is the only place that I've ever found where the knives were MUCH sharper than they were when new . . . and the edge lasted a long time after having it done. They were not cheap, but by far the best I've found anywhere.
Pros: Extremely sharp knives, quick turn around (ready next day), very knowledgeable about knives
Cons: none that I could see
