I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at this store. It appears that the staff's pompous self indulgance on their ability to sharpen knives trumps the importance of the customer. Steer clear of this place, and go across the street to Sur Le Table....they certainly have the edge! more

Epicurean Edge 7/25/2006

The Epicurean Edge in Kirkland does a great job. My Globals ended up sharper than new and with a fancy mirror edge. You usually have to drop them off, and of course it's not free, but it's worth it for a great job. more
