When I called this morning the dispatcher said the guy would be right over. I live on madison in the heart of downtown so I headed downstairs after 10 min's of waiting. After 20 min's I called to see what was going on. The dispatcher was RUDE saying congrats to me for repeating my address to him. Then he said the cab would be there in 2 min's. Another 10 min's later the guy showed up. It smelled like he had just smoked a pack of cig's (my jacket still stinks 10 hrs later) and he tells me we have another pick up!!! When he gets to this other pick up the woman says to him that he is 15 min's early!!! He then waits another 5 min's for this person to get ready and then drops them off first!!! I was over 15 min's late to work!!!!!!!!

Cons: Took over 25 min's for the taxi to come, & picked up others
