Called to get a ride from a garage on Central Ave to work at Newton Plaza. Silly me, used to METERED fares in NYC, didn't ask until already on my way how much. Cabbie calls dispatcher, dispatcher says $29!!!!! WTF????
Some BS about from going to this zone to that zone. Knocks it down to $24 after he here's me say I'm going to call whatever (if any) commission that sets their prices.
As soon as I got into work, I called Capitaland to ask how much--$15.60!!!!
Yellow Cab Co. is dishonest and I'm not done with this....
