Review content:
I live in and love the layout of their A3 room. Its long and the kitchen is huge. The people here all look like decent respectful people with jobs. The trails that surround the apartments here are beautiful. The only fees they have upon move in are the gate card $15, Water set up fee $30, Security Deposit $200, Admin fee $100, Pet Fee $400, and App fee $50. Some of these fees were waived for me and I took advantage of a months free rent. My electric bill averaged $90 all year and I keep my air around 72?. Water was around $60 consistently. Trash pickup 3 days a week. Maintenance is awesome. Office staff are decent, at least they do their job and listen. Monthly events such as brunches are great. I cant hear my neighbors unless they go up or down the stairs. I can not hear toilets or bathtubs or washers. Maybe my unit got a lucky placement. The gated entry is nice, I feel safe here considering I got robed at my last apartment. Parking is terrible for me but many units have garages. Laundry Facility is very very nice. You use cards instead of quarters. These apartments are beautiful and I would recommend them. They are pricey though.
