I met Dr. Maclaren in 2002, when my 2 year old son was diagnosed with Type 1 DM. He back in 2002, was on the cutting edge of diabetes research and helped my family and I . He provided us with the option of insulin pump therapy... we will forever be grateful for his wisdom and knowledge and dedication to diabetes. Consequently, my second son was diagnosed with Type 1 in 2009, thanks to his wisdom were able to transition into caring for him with the greatest of ease. Without his kind, compassionate, humane attitude, our children would not be recieving the best treatment out there. My life would be very different had I never met Dr. Maclaren, he has empowered my husband and I to care for our children, through his patience,knowledge, empathy, and being human. I hold him in the highest regard as a physician, anyone would be highly privelaged to have him caring for you or your children. I will continue to refer any one who may need his services....
