HORRIBLE! First let me say this is for Bustle and Bows. There are NO alterations in the store. You have to take your dress somewhere else. I purchased a bridesmaid dress. The sales rep. wanted me to get a size 20! (I normally wear an 8). There was no sample dress in the store to try on, so trusting the sales rep, I finally agreed on an 18. They charged me extra for ""plus-sizing."" When I got the dress, it fell off of me. I told the sales rep their sizing was way off, and she told me it was my fault, and I should have had a size 20! She kept insisting it was my fault! The dress ended up costing $400 after alterations to fix. The women were completely rude and I will never shop there again!
