Businiess name:  Tickle Tooth Dental
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This is a pediatric dental office, but the staff showed no consideration or compassion. The women at the desk are insulting. The wait time is ridiculous. And to top it off, when my grandson was finally able to get his turn at treatment, the dentist rejected him when the four year old little boy did not open his mouth on cue. His mother took him to another pediatric dentist who had no trouble at all with the boy. Although Tickle Tooth did call immediately after the stressful incident in the office to offer to try again, it was too late to save the relationship. One cruel staff member even said it wasn't her fault that the mother had given the child such a poor diet that he had cavities. This is a false statement and doesn't even take into consideration the family history of genetic dental problems. It was a pea brained comment.
