Review content:
I dropped my computer off to be repair in Sept. The charge to just look at it was $85. I should have shopped around. The initial check up said that the computer needed to be cleaned out completely and this would take it to store bought condition. The price of $ 285 made me a little uncomfortable but I am way too trusting of people. I Checked on it on Oct. 19th and it was still sitting on the shelf waiting to be serviced. I was told that my paperwork was in the slot by the desk because it was next. On Nov. 8th I stoopped in to check on the status of my computer. The paperwork was in the same slot and I was told that I was next. I should have trusted my instincts in Sept. when I dropped it off. I asked if anything was done to the computer besides the initial check up and was told no, so I took my computer back. I will shop around next time. My advise to everyone is stay away.
