Imaginet Computers

I dropped my computer off at Imaginet Computers on October 11th to be fixed. I told the guys I didn't know if it was the ""C"" drive itself or the power cable. At that time he charge me a $90.40 diagnostic fee which I put on my credit card. I called them several times and was surprised to see when Thanksgiving went by it still wasn't fixed. I called them back on December 20th. Still wasn't fixed. more

0 stars. I took my laptop here for a pretty simple repair. It took over 2 weeks just to get a diagnostic. Then over 2 weeks to get the part delivered to them. THEN they called and told me that the part wasn't the right part and they needed to let me know in ANOTHER week what is wrong with it. I am still waiting on my laptop. I should have just taken it to best buy and had it back in a week.... NEVER GO HERE! more

I dropped my computer off to be repair in Sept. The charge to just look at it was $85. I should have shopped around. The initial check up said that the computer needed to be cleaned out completely and this would take it to store bought condition. The price of $ 285 made me a little uncomfortable but I am way too trusting of people. I Checked on it on Oct. 19th and it was still sitting on the shelf waiting to be serviced. I was told that my paperwork was in the slot by the desk because it was next. On Nov. 8th I stoopped in to check on the status of my computer. The paperwork was in the same slot and I was told that I was next. I should have trusted my instincts in Sept. when I dropped it off. I asked if anything was done to the computer besides the initial check up and was told no, so I took my computer back. I will shop around next time. My advise to everyone is stay away. more
