This company is terrible. On September 22nd I had Diamond Auto Glass (DAG) come and repair my passenger window. In the process they broke the housing for the window and door lock control. After numerous (15+) emails and many phone calls I feel like they are dodging my phone calls and avoiding the repair that they fully admitted they are responsible for. I have a complaint filed against them with the Better Business Bureau and it turns out that they are rated ""F"" with the BBB and there are 12 other cases in which DAG has screwed over past customers. I would highly suggest that everyone use someone else.
