wow these guys are clowns... I would stay far away from them... On top of it they are recommended by AAA... What a joke... These guy came out and had no clue what they are doing. They cut there hands on my car and got blood in my car. they got glue all over my car. they got dirt all over my dash and vents..They also used the wrong clips to secure the windshield. They broke my cowl. They scratched my paint using a broom to clean around the windshield... bottom line these guys are clowns!!! more

this is by far the worst experience i have had with any type of business. They were there next day to replace my windshield. My paint was skratched on my car when it was replaced. Took me 10+ phone calls for them to come out and just ""inspect"" the damage. Never returned to fix it. After the first rainfall, my windshield was leaking, took them another 2 weeks to come out and inspect it, and another week to replace it. Windshield was done just horribly, black ""cement"" leaking on all sides, just looks plain ugly. Would rather drive with a plastic on my windshield than have these rats touch my car ever again. Update: 7 months later, I have not received their steaks as they promised.. keep them now! more

This company is terrible. On September 22nd I had Diamond Auto Glass (DAG) come and repair my passenger window. In the process they broke the housing for the window and door lock control. After numerous (15+) emails and many phone calls I feel like they are dodging my phone calls and avoiding the repair that they fully admitted they are responsible for. I have a complaint filed against them with the Better Business Bureau and it turns out that they are rated ""F"" with the BBB and there are 12 other cases in which DAG has screwed over past customers. I would highly suggest that everyone use someone else. more

I am a cardiac travel RN who was temporarily living in Phoenix AZ area. I had just purchased my car and the glass got a break in it due to the hot weather. Two weeks before I left I needed it replaced. Diamond Auto Glass replaced this and I moved to Texas for my next job assignment. I was given the info from a co-worker. They quote that they offer a LIFETIME WARRENTY well this is BS! They only offer a LIMITED WARRENTY, meaning it is up to the company what they will pay for even if they mess up your window seal. Now for the past 4 months I have been calling the company because I have 3 inches of water in my floor. Mold and musty smell in my car, in a new car. After calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages I have spoken with Yolanda and Chris and Matt will not call back my messages the General Manager. They have unprofessional customer service. I started by paying $300 and now with the repairs and new windshield I will end up paying $685 for a windshield. Because I no longer live close to an auto glass store. So they can change the ""difference is clear"" quote and smear it up because I would not recommend them. Save your extra money and buy your own steaks cause it isn't worth it. Sometimes if something is too good to be true then it is. They have to cover up not good service with 'steak certificates'. Please use someone else. Cons: Service and Quality behind product more
