I advice everybody to not come chenal lakes. they may look nice but they are not. I've just moved in yesterday. they are not good and will treat you in different way after signing the lease. they have manay tricks and hidden cost and roles. they will let you pay the water bill so you will share the cost of the Maintenance of the lake
