Review content:
Working nearby, I've often complained that there's no place to drink that's a BAR, as opposed to Scopa which is annoying and Artisanal which is full of people trying to get a table. I found 12:31 by chance (they should get a big neon sign that says BAR!) Anyway, they have great wines by the glass -- ones that I'd actually order a bottle of -- including Shiraz, which nobody ever seems to offer! I haven't tried the munchies (yet) but the trail mix on the tables was addictive and the atmosphere just right for a mellow drink.
