Review content:
Bandera is still the Gold Standard.
We arrived at 6:45 for 7:00 pm reservations and were sat immediately and the house was packed. I asked the server for a recommendation because I usually have the Ribeye but I wasn't that hungry. My server recommended the cheeseburger which came with their coleslaw( I could write a review on just the cole slaw if I had space) and I was pleased to see her recommend something so modest in price: 15 bucks. It was the best cheeseburger ever, if you could even call it that! It was more like a cheeseburger inspired sandwich masterpiece. We brought our own wine and with appetizers and tip my wife and I walked out for 54 bucks. I BTW have never seen or had anything but the most friendly service no matter who helped me even when they're full. THANKS BANDERA!!!
Please never again make me listen to people compare this place to Ruth's Chris. RC has fallen a lot and is not even on the same radar as Bandera.
