The atmosphere is sophisticated, lively, and modern sometimes making the customer feel out of place. There are no tables, only booths and the prices aren’t cheap. The quality of the food is satisfactory and I just think it’s appalling to buy a side salad for $5. This is an ideal place to go with your corporate business partners and it is not your usual casual dining experience. This restaurant is all about it's image and clearly their quality in food is better then their service. It was an uncomfortable experience for me and I don’t plan on coming back here ever again. more

Bandera 4/12/2006

Bandera has a nice interior and great food, but the waitress was rude. Apparently because we weren't dressed as fancy as some of the other customers (I will not put on slacks and a tie to eat) we aren't entitled to be served as well as others. We sat there with our glasses empty for far too long, and were only asked once if everything was okay. more

Happening place to be 12/15/2005

This is a really fun, high energy restaurant. I go here for Mom's night out with a group of friends. We always joke that it is a hang out spot for the young and the beautiful. It is fairly close to Sacramento State so I think it draws a younger crowd. The food is excellent. The mashed potatoes are to die for and I even love their salads. A very intimate setting for a date or a night out with friends. more

All around great restaurant 8/24/2005

This restaurant features great food, attentive servers and a very romantic, private atmosphere. My husband and I had our first date there, and just keep going back. It has small, cozy tables and the lights are kept low. Their rotisserie chicken is fabulous, ask to substitute the mashed potatoes for the rice that it now comes with. Finished off with an Oreo cookie dessert, you can't ask for more. Thursday night especially, the bar gets pretty hopping, so it's a great place to go get a drink and socialize. more
