This was by far the most horrible experience I ever encountered. We brought in a solid sterling silver WWII vase (weight - 1 1/2 pounds). We were greeted nicely by the lady at the front counter - their silver expert was another story. He treated us so rudely that we left there in total disgust. What further made us angry, is they were HIGHLY recommended. By what standards does the TV station use? (Yes, I suspect they will withdraw their recommendation after I contacted them about our experience).
