I 1st went to the people at Twin Cities to find out how to get gold & silver. They took the time to help me pick out just what I needed to protect myself. I walked in with an idea and walked out with it in my hands, not having to wait weeks or months like I would have if I sent my money away for an online buy. Now all this was over a year ago and I needed to sell just a few days ago, and they not only paid me on the spot but I had made alot on my gold. I will buy from them again and again, and would tell you to do the same. Trust them as I did. Tom more

Needs to learn customer service skills 9/20/2010

This was by far the most horrible experience I ever encountered. We brought in a solid sterling silver WWII vase (weight - 1 1/2 pounds). We were greeted nicely by the lady at the front counter - their silver expert was another story. He treated us so rudely that we left there in total disgust. What further made us angry, is they were HIGHLY recommended. By what standards does the TV station use? (Yes, I suspect they will withdraw their recommendation after I contacted them about our experience). more
