My husband and I got married in Destin in September 2011. I got my hair and makeup done at Soho Salon & Studio. I was a little concerned before arriving because all I had to go off of were online reviews basically; however, I was very happy with my decision. My hair was done exactly how I asked with little guidance from pictures. The stylist made sure that I was pleased with my appearance. Also, my makeup was phenomenally perfect. They use an airbrush to apply foundation, and it was flawless. I wanted to still look like myself, just a LITTLE enhanced - my normal routine is moisturizer, minimal eyeliner, mascara, a quick smear of powder & that's all. She did a GREAT job of making me look beautiful without making me look too ""done up."" Again, I was VERY pleased with my experience at the salon & I would recommend them as an option for wedding hair and makeup to any brides planning a destination wedding.
