I highly recommend Anthony Peden for any home inspection. He was recommended to me and I would most certainly pass it along.
Anthony Peden did a wonderful job inspecting our home. He was timely in returning our initial call as well as prompt in arranging an appointment to accommodate our schedule. On the back end, he provided us with a very thorough document outlining any and all interesting or concerning elements about the house complete with photos.
What impressed me the most about Anthony was his patience and thoroughness of the job. It was apparent, as I was there for a portion of the inspection, that he was willing to take the time to do the job well. It was an older home with lots of areas to improve and he didn't miss a thing! He was also willing to discuss specifics with me face to face by answering any questions I had, no matter the content of the question or the length of time it took to discuss it in simple but obviously very knowledgeable terms.
I was very impressed with his professional but easy manner and, again, would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone needing a home inspection.
