Anthony Peden did a fantastic job with his inspection on our home in Hendersonville in June of 2011. He was prompt, courteous, fair, and accurate. I also found his price for the service to be very competitive and more than fair.
After requesting the inspection he completed it within 24 hours and he was able to email me the report the next day. A lot more work goes into these reports than one would think. I was able to read and view photos of every area of concern so that I could make a good decision on the repairs needed.
I would recommend Anthony to every buyer out there and I will definitely use him again.
