Review content:
Duncan & Duncan replaced a radiator that had been removed due to a leak. While draining the boiler water leaked all over my basement floor. Bill used my bright white bath towels (in the laundry room) to clean up the mess on the floor. This was after I said I would get my shop vac to clean it up. The radiator did not go back into the space it came out of (for some strange reason) so he proceeded to lay on his back and kick the radiator to try to get it to fit into the space. Really? Is this how a profession plumber works? He scratched up my toilet seat with his belt buckle, and even said ""sorry, I scratched the toilet seat with my belt buckle"". Sorry? Is that all? Then he proceeded to charge me 600 bucks for putting the radiator back in. He said he would send me a proper invoice in the mail, this was 1/7/12 and I still haven't seen it. Oh, almost forgot. The pipe he soldered began leaking one week later.
