Started using this company after I purchased a Living Social voucher. I purchased two for myself and two for my mother as a gift, only to find out she was outside of their radius (my fault I should have checked). They let me use the vouchers, so it worked out. First time they came out, there was a little bit of issue with the time they showed up vs the time they intially told me-my schedule is pretty flexible so it wasn't an issue for me. (Maggie who does the scheduling and takes the calls is really easy to work with and extremely personable)!
After the first time they came out, I had no problems. They do a good job overall, if you are expecting specific types of cleaning, you better let them know in advance as they can only clean so many areas based on the time you book them.
Overall I am happy with this company and trust them to be in my house when I am not there.
