I own a small office that is on the third story. Our windows had not been cleaned in quite a while until I called Happy Maids. It has been one of the best investments I have ever made. I can now look out my window and be proud of my office area for my employees and myself. An out of town business partner has even praised how nice the windows are and I suggested Happy Maids to them.\r more

The house we were moving in to was trashed. The previous tenants had issues with the previous owners and did not do any cleaning whatsoever. I bought the house before the tenants moved out and did not realize what destruction they would heap upon the house when leaving. We saw the mess, and regretted even agreeing to buy the place. Happy Maids came through in the clutch! It took a little longer then expected but I don't care it was only an hour more then originally quoted and the results were way better then expected. \r more

The contractors I used for my recent kitchen remodel weren’t pigs, but they didn’t seem to care about leaving dust and debris all over the house. I had dust upstairs, downstairs, and it even filtered in to the basement. I don’t live in a dusty area; this was all from the construction! The head of the construction company called in Happy Maids for the post construction cleanup. I can’t believe the work they did! I had an alpaca rug I thought was ruined from the debris, yet Happy Maids was able to save it. If anyone needs a post construction cleaning service, I would suggest this company.\r more

Inconsistent Service 8/10/2012

Some days the service is very good but most days I think the service is just average. Sometimes my range hood doesn't get cleaned-and there are a lot of cobwebs left around the house. I usually dont ask them to change the sheets so I would have thought maybe they would be a little more attentive to the other things. My house is far from organized and I know it is hard to clean. We also have 3 dogs. I think Happy Maids should have a check List like some of the other companies have so that they are doing what you want and not doing things that are less important. more

Love the girls I have! They need to rotate things like baseboards and lighting. This never seems to get done and I have weekly service. They don't do many of the things originally promised by man that came over like sliding glass doors and window over sink that always get water marks. more

Great service-very consistent and thorough cleaning with charming gals. 8/3/2012

I've had this service weekly for going on two years and they've been great. They do a thorough job cleaning my house and washing my laundry. I even get my clothes put back into the right drawers. These ladies have very high standards for neat and clean and it's always pleasant to come home after they've done their job and straightened my act up. The Happy Maids staff are very pleasant in person and on the rare occassion when I'm home while they work they're very comfortable to be around. more

Will Definately Use Again 8/3/2012

Started using this company after I purchased a Living Social voucher. I purchased two for myself and two for my mother as a gift, only to find out she was outside of their radius (my fault I should have checked). They let me use the vouchers, so it worked out. First time they came out, there was a little bit of issue with the time they showed up vs the time they intially told me-my schedule is pretty flexible so it wasn't an issue for me. (Maggie who does the scheduling and takes the calls is really easy to work with and extremely personable)! After the first time they came out, I had no problems. They do a good job overall, if you are expecting specific types of cleaning, you better let them know in advance as they can only clean so many areas based on the time you book them. Overall I am happy with this company and trust them to be in my house when I am not there. more
