I would not recommend this place to anyone. Actually I cannot speak for the doctors. I received care from the Nurse Practitioner, Charlotte Peake. My visit started out great. I hardly had to wait. The girl asked if it would be okay if a Student of the Nurse Practitioner could come in and I was fine with it. The student came in and spent about 10 minutes with me asking me questions, looking at the problem. I was breaking out underneath my engagement ring for months now, but I had been wearing it for 2 years, and never had problems with gold before. I told her I had tried previous medications and it didn't work, and all the details. She came up with a conclusion that made the most sense to her as well as I. Because she was a student she went to get Charlotte Peake to just check and make sure she agrees. She came in the room for about a whole 30 seconds and said I am just allergic and to try the medication I had already been using. When I told her this she basically said well, this is the problem so just use the medication for two more weeks. I am very irritated. She didn't even listen to what I had to say the problem was. She came in already thinking she knew what the problem was and was not willing to reconsider when I tried to tell her the details. She apparently is just set in her ways and doesn?t want to listen to what the patient is telling her. I feel it was a waste of $25 for this visit, just to get a prescription for something I already have that?s not working.
