So I went to Warren to get a new 1/2 shank on my estate piece engagement ring. They convinced me I would need a 1/2 not a 1/4 shank. I agreed, they convinced me to get a radium polish to make the white gold brighter, I agrees. They took my payment and my ring. 3 days later they call me and tell me that I will need to pay an additional $200 for them to work on my ring. One of the tiny diamonds decorating the bottom part of one of my prongs was missing. They will not fix my ring unless they can ""replace"" this. I explain that I am not going to pay an additional $200, and to please just do what I had already paid for. They flat out refused unless I would pay them more. When I got to the store they claimed to have no proof of my original payment. Thank goodness I saved the receipt! I will never go back here, Stay away unless you enjoy being jerked around.
