When I first went to Warren it was to have a simple watch battery switched. These folks are so nice - friendly. Being a woman, while I waited I looked over the gorgeous selection of custom designed jewelry. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful, artistic designs. Truly unique. I never had wanted a diamond before going to Warren - but their settings and quality were so above anything I had seen. Shirley is so knowlegeable! We chatted and over time going in there she got a good feel for my ""style"". When it came time for a special occasion my husband went to her (i had talked about her often) and she put him at ease. She showed him items I liked, suggested diamond styles and with her help he put together the most beautiful ring! My husband was also happy with the experience and lets just say he is a mans man so jewelry shopping isn't on his top things to do. But Shirley really helped him and I have a unique and gorgeous ring that I always receive compliments on. He, my husband, not knowing the ups and downs of jewelry was made to feel comfortable and after he purchased his first item, he also felt knowledgeable about the product he was investing in. Talk about about great service. I personaly have never had better help in finding what suited me and my needs when it came to buying that special gift for the love of my life. I lost a 1/4c. diamond from my engagement ring. I usually use a jeweler in Bellingham, but though that I would at least get a quote from Warren to compare. The quote was almost three times more for the diamond and labor was $200. Labor at my great, small, personal, reliable shop in Bellingham was only $20. more

My husband and I got married 5 years ago...so we have been using Warren Jewelers for awhile. Before we got engaged we shopped around for engagement and wedding rings. We went to tons of stores but the service at all the other places bugged us....we don't look like the type of people to drop a bunch of money in a jewelery store and were treated like that. Everywhere BUT Warren! Everyone there is so amazing every time we go in. I will not ever shop for jewelery anywhere else. more

I purchased my wedding ring from Warrens 5 years ago (love it by the way). Last month, I noticed I was missing one of the small side diamonds, so I brought it in for their review. They put in a replacement diamond, and then checked all the other prongs to ensure everything was secure. They gave me advise to have my prongs checked every six months. While they had my ring they polished it up really nice too. Looks brand new again. Thanks Warrens for all the care AFTER the sale! more

I inherited a ring from my grandmother when she passed away, but it did not fit me and I could not wear and enjoy it. After showing it to Sue and Mark, they suggested I have the ring melted and remade to fit my hand and individual taste. I wanted a rose flower ring design, keeping with the ring?s original style. They patiently helped me choose a mold and added a few custom touches so that the original diamonds could be worked into the design. The ring came out beautifully; I cannot take it off and receive many compliments. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have custom jewelry made, especially for flower designs. Thank you Sue and Mark :) more

So I went to Warren to get a new 1/2 shank on my estate piece engagement ring. They convinced me I would need a 1/2 not a 1/4 shank. I agreed, they convinced me to get a radium polish to make the white gold brighter, I agrees. They took my payment and my ring. 3 days later they call me and tell me that I will need to pay an additional $200 for them to work on my ring. One of the tiny diamonds decorating the bottom part of one of my prongs was missing. They will not fix my ring unless they can ""replace"" this. I explain that I am not going to pay an additional $200, and to please just do what I had already paid for. They flat out refused unless I would pay them more. When I got to the store they claimed to have no proof of my original payment. Thank goodness I saved the receipt! I will never go back here, Stay away unless you enjoy being jerked around. Pros: non Cons: They give you the run around more

Tara is absolutely amazing! The customer service is unlike anywhere else. No pressure sales, they enjoy helping you to find just the perfect piece for your needs. They will even help you to design what you are wanting. I truly enjoyed working with Tara and the other ladies there. My ring is more perfect than my husband or I could ever have thought possible. When you have an idea of what you would like to see and the jeweler understands that and doesn't try to push you into something they want-but allow you to do your own thing-that's great! Had some jewerly repaired and diamond hoop earrings turned into rings (great job!), would have given them the highest score, but they need to not offer the one year interest free. I have excellent credit and a high fico score and was still declined. Was told that the company they use have been declining every application since the down turn of the economy. That is not good for a jewelry store, since diamonds are not needs but wants or impluse purchases. Tara and Shirlee are wonderful, will go back because of their great customer service, just don't apply for the no interest credit...
