Review content:
My experiences with Alterations Express have always been great. Debbie is very kind and really knows what she's doing. I've even seen Debbie take customers who walk-in and need a quick hem or fix and she does the job for free, the same day, and no longer than 5 minutes. I've been to other tailors and they do nowhere near good of a job as debbie and her workers do. Debbie also honors other alteration stores coupons. I've read the other reviews on this page and I do not think Debbie is rude at all, some people just have large expectations in fixing a garment that can't be fixed and for the amount of time that goes into fixing a garment, I think her prices are reasonable. May I also add, Debbie gives holiday gifts to her customers. For example, she asked me what my favorite things were and when I went to pick up my tailored garments, she gave me a handmade bag (by her) with a fabric print which had what I liked on it. If that's not kind, I don't know what is!
