DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is incredibly rude at Alterations Express, and not so good at running a business! I brought in several items for alterations. I was given a quote, paid the amount in full, then when I came to pick up my items, the price doubled, and they demanded more money. She said she missed charged me, but it was clearly her mistake. She should have called and asked if I still wanted the work done, since the price doubled (and what she was charging was more than the items were worth!!!). But she didn't. Instead, when I complained, she agreed that I didn't have to pay the extra amount, but was very rude to me. I figured she was just angry that she made a mistake. I'm not sure why, but I came back a second time, and she said she would not do business with me, as I didn't pay my bill in full. I paid for my alterations before they were done, as that is the policy. If more money was needed, I should have been called. Instead, she chose to act very unprofessionally, and was very rude to me (while I was there with my two young children).
