Review content:
Not just inexpensive, but cheap. The handle on my ""top of the line"" Atlantis suitcase broke the first time I used it. I took it back, and before I said anything to the manager, he started yelling at me and accused me of jumping up and down on the suitcase (I'm an old guy!). He made personal epithets against me, and finally said if I wanted to go somewhere go to Colorado Baggage downtown Denver where they do their ""warranty work"". Turns out that Collorado Baggage is in no way affiliated with COJ. Summary: COJ offers poor quality products, no customer service and is not a place I would recommend that anyone go to buy luggage.
