This place is not recommeded, it is a joke to the staff how much pain you are in. Such lack of caring by the entire staff. My dr. recommended them as he was out of town. I trusted him, and had a really bad experience. There was red spotson the suckers handles. The floors had trash dumped all over them. The really heavy set red head up front has the worst attitude ever. She is rude, obnoxious, and made me come to her in front of everyone to discuss my problem and financials becasue she did not want to get out of the chair. I started having my doubts, I asked for the manager, and some blonde lady came out of an office. I think she is totally clueless. She has no idea what her staff does, yet she tries to fix it. By this time I was told I can either pay and get my work done or I would have to leave. They have spent enought time with me, and have others to take care of. I left. If I was running this business I would not have either one of those women there. They did nothing but aggrevate my situation worse. And I will be telling my dentist to not recommend this office anymore. I would pick wishard first. I just cannot get over the lack of kindness especially by the red head front desk, and then her manager defending her to kick me out. Whatever I guess that is what you get for the type of office this is. Choosing other alternatives from now on.
