These offices always have a wait, I've had it and am now deciding to switch to another practice because my appointments don't seem to matter. I arrived for my 4pm appointment at 3:52pm and wasn't told there was a wait by any of the staff members at 4:30 I walked up to the counter to check on the wait and was told that ""the 4pm was a hard appointment to get"" I myself wasn't worried about the appointment time. I was worried about if this happens to just me or to every client. There was another time I had a Monday morning appointment for my other child and was told that the wait was because it was a Monday. At that appointment not only did I wait 22min in the waiting room but an additional 30min in the actual room for the doctor. I'm tired of rude staff members treating my time as if it didn't matter! When I call and leave messages they aren't returned..lucky for me I know my appointment times because they never call to confirm them.... The only reason why I gave one star is because it's easy for them to schedule an appointment but they don't know how to keep them! It wasn't this bad two years ago..I wonder what happened?
